MSP Industries is a leading producer of precision machine components. We specialize in high-volume manufacturing of bodies, screws, sleeves, pistons, spools, cages, adaptors and parts for industrial and commercial applications. Our departments work symbiotically to ensure your product is designed, developed and delivered to the highest standards.
Our 50,000-square-foot manufacturing facility can handle any internal processes — turned parts, milled parts, grinding and honing — with tolerances that meet or exceed industry standards. It is equipped with both cam-driven and CNC-driven multi-spindle machines for high-volume output, as well as traditional CNC machines for more precision and tighter tolerances. We stock various sizes of round and hex bar, and work with multiple local and national suppliers to establish an uninterrupted supply of raw materials. We have also developed close relationships with vendors to provide seamless finishing work.

A History of Commitment To Our Customers
MSP Industries was founded in St. Louis in 1948 in order to build “to scale” hex head model screws and bolts for model trains. However, because of defense and commercial demands, this original purpose was put aside to instead start producing precision parts for the aerospace industry. With quick turnarounds on RFQs and a Golden Rule-approach to customer service, the company quickly became known for delivering quality, on-time products at a reduced cost to its customers. MSP Industries’ long, successful history caught the interest of David Knuepfer, owner of DuPage Machine Products. When David bought the company in 2015, he was committed to continuing the company’s customer-first legacy and provided significant upgrades and enhancements to the existing equipment. Today, MSP Industries still prioritizes customer needs, producing hundreds of thousands of precision components for customers across the automotive, HVAC, defense, aerospace, medical and manufacturing industries.
